This unique piece was hand thrown on a wheel by Martin Miles-Moore in the Miles-Moore Ceramics Studio at Brathay Hall in the beautiful English Lake District. It is glazed in a Copper Red glaze. Copper Red glazes are those that contain Copper Oxide that was been fired in such a way as to remove oxygen and create a red as opposed to a blue or green coloured oxide. This Teabowl is perfect for use in Spring or Summer reflecting colours of Sakura and Wisteria
