We began integrating local Cumbrian Materials into our work within weeks of Martin’s return to ceramics in 2016.
We have been inspired to tell the stories of the economic, social and cultural history of the county in which we work.
Philosopy
Whilst this started as a key strand of our artistic identity it has rapidly evolved into our fine dining work. Our Culinary Art for Culinary artists helps Chefs express their sense of place through ur ability to integrate materials from their locale.
